By now, you may be wondering who I am and why I've created this. Let me introduce myself to you...My name is Mel Peachey and I'm a Certified Postnatal Fitness Specialist and mom of two!

 

After my first baby I was so uncomfortable in my skin and completely overwhelmed trying to take care of my baby that I neglected myself.

 

It took me months to find a routine that worked for me and my family and even then it felt like things were constantly changing!

 

Between feeding struggles, sleep challenges and daycare illnesses I felt so defeated for so long. But it turns out, I wasn't alone and neither are you!

 

The Modern Millennial Mom is expected to balance her children, career, relationship and family life effortlessly while staying on top of best parenting practices. 

 

Weren't we supposed to have a village to raise our children?

 

Unfortunately most of us don't have a village but that doesn't mean we have to be alone!

 

I created StrongHER to be a safe and empowering community for new Moms to find themselves again after baby, step into their new identity with confidence and feel better in their bodies NOW than they ever did before kids.
