I designed this program specifically for busy women like you. You don’t have time to waste and building your peach is a priority. In just 3 workouts a week you will tackle your glutes from every angle, using the most effective exercises and programming to help them grow!
HOW LONG IS THIS PROGRAM?
This program is 8 weeks long. You will perform 3 workouts a week on your own time, giving you plenty of flexibility to time your workouts around YOUR schedule.
WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE PROGRAM?
The Peach Program is a PDF download just like Ignite. Each workout is linked to a private YouTube playlist of video demonstrations of each exercise so you know exactly what you are doing! I have provided a schedule to follow in the program but when you do the workouts is up to you!
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
Including warmup, these workouts are 30-40min in length.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
All you need is a set of resistance bands and 1 pair of dumbbells. For bands you want ones with handles and mini loop bands (I bought these ones and really like them!). If you don’t have a pair of dumbbells, don’t sweat it, you can easily substitute something heavy around your house like 2 water jugs or a backpack stuffed with textbooks!
CAN I DO ADDITIONAL WORKOUTS ON TOP OF THIS PROGRAM?
Yes! This program is specifically for growing your glutes. If you are looking for a full body program definitely check out Ignite!
WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
While I can’t guarantee a JLo booty in only 8 weeks…you will learn the best exercises for growing your glutes and a training format you can follow long after you complete this program. If you are consistent with your glute training, are consuming enough protein, and are allowing your body to recover between sessions you will be very happy with your glute progress.
